FSOLAR INVERTER WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1-Year Limited Warranty

This FSOLAR Inverter warranty provides a 1-year limited coverage on parts only, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects or production faults and does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, or transportation costs.

Scope and Limitations of Warranty

1. Warranty Conditions

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not extend to issues arising from

installation, maintenance, or usage-related faults.

2. Testing and Verification

In the event of a fault, the customer must send the inverter to the FSOLAR warehouse for

testing and investigation. Testing may require 2-4 business days to verify the issue.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

o Improper Use and Handling: Reverse battery polarity, inadequate or loose connections,

and mechanical impacts.

o Environmental Exposure: Use in unsuitable environments such as those with dust,

corrosive fumes, humidity, extreme temperatures, or pest infestations.

o Water and Liquid Damage: Contact with liquids, including condensation damage.

o Lightning or Power Surges: Damage caused by electrical surges or lightning strikes.

o Connection and Fastening Issues: Loose terminals or screws, overheating due to

insufficient tightening, or faulty connections.

o Fuse and Wiring Damage: Damage to fuses, burned wiring, or incomplete/altered

wiring.

o Burn Marks or Odors: Burn marks or any signs of burning smell, indicating improper

use.
4. Third-Party Repairs and Tampering

Only FSOLAR-authorized technicians are permitted to repair or open the inverter. Any

tampering, repairs, or modifications by the customer or third parties will void the warranty.

5. Invalidation Conditions

The warranty is void if the inverter shows any physical or internal damage, has been altered,

mishandled, improperly installed, or exposed to conditions beyond its specifications.

6. Limitations of Liability

FSOLAR will not be liable for any direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to

the inverter, including any arising from improper installation, usage, or maintenance by

unauthorized personnel.

7. Repair or Replacement

The warranty provides repair or replacement as the sole remedies for defects covered under

this policy. The estimated repair time for covered defects is 2-4 weeks from the receipt of the

faulty unit at the FSOLAR service center.
